    Essential: C++, MFC, ATL, XML, COM, Some Oracle and MS SQL Server administration, Server editions of MS Windows

Proactive and reliable with excellent communication and team-working skills.

Preferable: GIS / OGC knowledge would be highly advantageous, COM+, .NET, ASP or ASP.NET, Web Services experience, Extensive Oracle and MS SQL Server experience, Use of UML to aid the design process. Experience of writing functional specifications.
