Job Description	:	Good expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Struts, Websphere, PL/SQL.. Sound knowledge on Design patterns, UML, OOPS concepts, RDBMS knowledge. Good experience & understanding Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs. Experienced in Requirements gathering, Design, Coding, Testing, Debugging, Documentation. Active team-player and good attitude are key attributes of the successful candidate. Should have skills on Problem analysis and resolution. Excellent Communication Skills and Attitude. Prior exp. in Client handling/ Client Interaction, On-Site & Off-Shore Co-ordination is desirable. Experience in Healthcare Domain is preferred.
