Candidate must be excellent in Core Java. Should have hands on experience in designing and developing large business applications with Java. Must have exposed to design considerations like performance and scalability. Should have very good exposure to Java scripting.

Must have good exposure to database, preferably Oracle and SQL. Exposure to Struts, JSP Servlets ExtJs etc would be an advantage.

Exposure / experience in agile development methodology would be an advantage
