| Skill Requirements: |
| +Strong focus on performance engineering tools +Silk Performer, Load Runner, Win runner, Rational Test Studio Experience managing or engaging in performance tuning, performance testing, load testing Develop test plans and test cases, create standards and methods, and track metrics such as defects open, closed, etc. +Execute test cases under the direction of the QA manager using a test plan, test script and matrix for functional and regression testing. +Experience in applying automated methodologies and tools to the testing process a definite plus. +Experience testing in multi-tier web environment essential. +Experience with other testing tools (Mercury, Silk, Rational tool suites) +Experience with testing methodologies. +Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows NT. +Familiarity with Palm and Lotus Notes highly recommended. +Familiarity with other scripting languages +UNIX Shell scripting Perl, Java Script. |
