      The Technical Support Engineer identifies root causes for escalated issues from the customer service organization and provides and implements solutions for these issues as part of an overall production support team.

Essential Functions:

    * Monitor production systems, resolve issues proactively, escalating to senior engineers, if needed.

    * Installation and base configuration of Windows servers.
    * Active Directory (user and computer management, Group Policy).
    * Web Server technologies (IIS 5-7, Apache).
    * Relational databases (SQL Server (2000-2008) and/or Oracle (10g RAC)) as it relates to systems administration preferred (ability to move data in and out of databases using simple queries).
