Responsibilities:

Software engineer to assist in the development of HR/Payroll solutions and their integration with Kronos' existing time and attendance product suite. Responsibilities include working with product owner, QA and support engineers to set priorities, decipher customer stories, design and develop high quality software solutions and deliver automated tests, all in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess well-rounded web development skills for building object oriented enterprise applications. The ability to quickly come up to speed on HR/Payroll domain knowledge would be a plus. Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must.




Qualifications:

EDUCATION: BE/B. TECH/MCA in Computer Science or related area

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years

SKILLS:

    *
      Visual Basic, ASP, NET, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript
    *
      SQL Sever 2000/2005/2008 and TSQL procedures
    *
      Crystal Reports, FIT, Accurev, DevTrack
    *
      Experienced with the entire development life cycle especially Agile/SCRUM practices.
    *
      Knowledge of HR/Payroll or related enterprise applications is a plus.
    *
      Must possess excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
    *
      The ability to work independently and cooperatively in a small team
