•         Overall 2+ years of experience in Hybris & J2EE technologies
•         PowerBuilder 10.X or above Others:
•         Good communication skills,
•         Should be able to handle regular client communications
•         Should be hands-on in the PowerBuilder
•         Good in OPPS concepts of OOPS concepts.
•         Good in database concepts (SQL Server, etc.)
•         Should be able to guide and mentor junior developers and solve technical issues
•         Should be able to handle Maintenance as well as Development tasks (Good Analysis/Debugging skills)
•         Insurance Domain experience/knowledge beneficial
