    Ability to map out to process flows and objects in SFDC
    Salesforce.com Developer and Admin certifications
    At least 3+ yrs Apex development experience on the Force.com platform including the ability to write triggers and develop Visualforce pages
    Strong platform experience - must understand and be able to implement Salesforce.com configuration changes
    Must have deployed at least two Salesforce.com projects - end to end implementation experience preferred

2. SFDC Tech Lead/ Architects:

    Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce customization (Apex, Java, Visual force, Triggers).
    Experience with Salesforce configuration.
    Experience with SFDC integration & data migration.
    Experience with Agile methodology.
    Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts.
    Certifications equivalent skill-set to Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Developer/Advanced Developer.
    Knowledge of different middleware / ETL vendors a plus.Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts.

3. Workday and SuccessFactors Developers/Managers

    Any module – Minimum 1 project experience
    Overall 6-10 years of experience
    Location – Bangalore, Hyderabad

4. Oracle Apps DBA

    Total no. of experience as Oracle EBS DBA: 5 – 9 years (Extensive experience in Performance Tuning should be: 2-3 years )
    Location – Bangalore and Chennai

5. Peoplesoft Financials Technical/Techno Functional

    Total no. of experience 3 to 8 yrs
    Location – Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai
