The Operations Analyst’s duties will be varied and challenging which include applying skills in metrics, data-collection, and/or quantitative analysis to understand advertiser search marketplace behavior, revenue impact, and the possibilities for improvement. Translate business analyses into actionable opportunities. Refine intuitive models using various types of data. Distinguish actual advertiser preferences from statistical noise. Determine appropriate experiments, data, and analyses, developing analytic tools as needed. Interpret and present the data in ways that colleagues can understand and act upon. Judiciously choose the depth of analysis suited to the competing needs of rapid business improvement and solid knowledge development. Work closely with Ad-Sales, Business Development, Operations and Finance teams
Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum 5 + years experience
· MBA
· Organized, detail-oriented and persistent, with a collaborative work style but ability to work independently.
· 2+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
