Job Description

2.Supporting project teams to provide technical guidance to implement the proposed solutions in the intended way to

4.Engage a team of specialist to develop their technical
5.competence in the choosen area of specialisation.
6.Diagnosing teh projects and provide solutions to overcome
7.any quality issues in the applications.
8.Build frameworks using newer technologies to improve the productivity of teams & quality of projects


Desired Profile

      Technical skills: Core Java, JSP, Servlets,JSF, Struts,
     AJAX, XML, UML, EJB /SEAM , JMA, JAAS ,ACEGI ,
     JCA, JavaIDL, JNDI, STAX, ICEfaces, JAXB.
     Should be able to independently analyze and document
     requirements, architect, design and develop systems using
     Java/J2EE technology.
    Should have experience in struts framework, spring
     framework, hibernate.
     Should be well versed with types of testing and Developer
     testing -UNIT testing framework JUNIT and related tools
     and IDE features for test execution and debugging.
     Should be well versed with Static and Dynamic code
     anlysis tools.
     Should be familier with Secure coding practices and
     Security testing.
     Should be well versed with the reporting frameworks such
     as Jasper, iReport, BIRT, JFreeChart, JFree Report.
     Should be well versed with Websphere/ JBoss.
     Should be expert in SOA/webservices area JAX #WS.
     Should be ready to guide technical specialist in problem
      solving.
      Experience in using JBoss seam framework and RIA
