- Gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Famous Software products.
- Build, manage and coach a software QA team.
- Plan and implement effective product testing schemas and tools.
- Develop and improve QA best practices.
- Create and maintain version control and change management systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Understanding of requirements-based testing and software development life cycles.
- Current knowledge of QA methods and processes.
- Ability to manage phased testing (unit, system, integration, regression, acceptance, etc.).
- Knowledge of such testing concepts as comparison, usability, boundary, data validation, etc.
- Ability to oversee automated test script organization and maintenance.
- Motivation and time management skills.
- Strong technical abilities.
- Passion for new technologies and attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of computers.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Leadership.
- Patience.
- Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies.
- Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating etc.).
- Preparation/review of test plans.
- Preparation/review of test reports.
