Job Description:
BS/MS in CS with 8+ years of experience in developing Enterprise class Server products. Experience with C++, Java on Unix and Windows and Object Oriented programming is essential. Familiarity and experience with Visual IDEs, large systems development, and modern configuration management systems are required. Should be well versed with Internet related technologies such as server-side Java, HTTP, HTML, Javascript and XML. The candidate must possess strong communication & design skills; and demonstrate strong debugging and problem solving skills. As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing requirements. Duties and tasks are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
