Oracle is a worldwide leader in providing cutting edge technologies and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications to some of the world’s largest companies, and we are looking for skilled and energetic QA Analyst/Associate QA Engineer to help improve the quality of those software offerings. Using widely accepted quality assurance methodologies, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, customers, and quality assurance engineers to produce comprehensive test suites for new products, and refine existing test suites for established products. If your passion is quality assurance engineering, then you may be a compliment to this role. Your responsibilities will include:

• Complete ownership and responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of existing product test suites

• Design and development of new automated testware, and refinement of existing automated testware

• Debug and report newly encountered issues and work closely with other QA and Development teams towards resolution

• Champion established Development and Quality Assurance processes, driving further efficiencies

Detailed Description

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.



Job Requirements

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. Preferred Qualifications: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.



Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Computer Science/Application or related one with Experience of 4-10 yrs

Good experience in QTP/ WinRunner

Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle

Thorough understanding of established Quality Assurance methodologies

Intermediate or advanced fluency reading and writing SQL statements

Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment

Ability to work well independently, and in a team environment & exhibit excellent Interpersonal skills



This role demands a solid out-of-the-box thinking team player to review and provide good feedbacks on engineering documents such as design documents & functional specifications, and to create / review test design specifications and test plans

• Evaluate & implement software product testing and process improvement tools

• Create & execute manual and automated tested cases

• Accurately report defects and the results of test execution

• Exhibit excellent Interpersonal skills and participate in technical meetings with
