Job Description :-
The Global Financial Information Center, Oracle India Private Limited captive BPO based in Bangalore. GFIC provides financial services to Oracle subsidiaries in different countries and to Oracle's suppliers and customers from Bangalore, India.
Job Description
Typing, filing, verifying records, generation invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, process expense reports and other administrative tasks.
Researches and respond to internal or external inquiries; working closely with local subsidiaries finance staff.
May audit expenses and payment requests against corporate policies.
Skills required:
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Should be comfortable with MS-Office and have good typing skills
- Excellent co-ordination and team skills AND open to working in shifts
- Should be open to learning, flexible and adaptable to working in shifts.
Desired Candidates Profile :-
- Good in Reading, writing and Speaking of English Language.
- Flexible to work in shifts..
- Need to sign a service agreement with Oracle for a period of 18 months
