PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES  :-

IMS NW Technology team maintains and supports few of the SAP Netweaver products.


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Good in ABAP(experience of 1-3 years) /
knowledge of RDBMS (1-3 yrs else if fresher should've engg in computer science is must).
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills




EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
To provide support to SAP customers in various releases of  Netweaver Technology & Controls , NW BI, NW XI. for issues reported via customer messages. Role also includes providing corrections for issues reported via internal messages.
