• Experience with VB6, VB.NET framework 2.0 and 3.5, C#, XML, SQL Server 2000/2005.
• Significant experience converting code from VB6 to VB.NET framework 2.0 and 3.5.
• Experience designing and implementing relational databases.
• Development experience writing efficient SQL queries in stored procedures, user-defined functions, etc.
• Ability to understand complex software architecture and effectively communicate with team members.
• Strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently setting objectives and performance goals.
