• Excellent in core Java and J2EE

• Excellent in OO/Design concepts and web application development using frameworks like Struts

• Excellent in UI development, with experience using Swing, JSP

• At least 1-1.5 years experience (current) using Java Server Faces (JSF)

• Good understanding of rich UI development concepts using AJAX

• Must have implemented AJAX (using any available toolkits) in at least 2 projects in the recent 6 months (current)

• Specific AJAX toolkits and frameworks like JSON, Yahoo UI (YUI), and Dojo
