Software Skills Required-

Strong Core Java, J2EE technologies, JSP Servelets, Eclipse, Struts, Hibernate, Swing, XML,.
MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server.
Strong Database concepts

Knowledge of complete software development lifecycle

Preferred Skills: Exposure to SOA concepts, interacting with international clients.
