Strong work experience in a Microsoft .Net software engineering development arena, utilizing Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming.
Must possess an understanding of Relational Database Management Systems, Microsoft SQL Server, XML and web services. Additionally, exposure to Oracle 10g would be viewed favorably.
Demonstrable experience of C#, Visual Studio.NET 2008, ASP.NET and WinForms.
Be an effective communicator via email & telephone.

Desired Candidate Profile
Partner with business systems analysts (BSA) to ensure that the technical design satisfies the business requirements and resolve any project issues
Develop test criteria for all components and conduct system testing and integration activities. Construct and test programs, meeting company standards.
Identify software defects and ensure software meets quality standards. Support existing applications based on client or system needs. Work with supervision while providing constant feedback on project status and deadlines.
Function as part of a highly interactive department, spread over multiple locations.
Provide continual input on the performance of the software the unit maintains and suggest technological enhancements..
