Job Description	Development Job Profile 1) BS/CS or equivalent. Masters preferred. 2) 5 - 13 years software development experience in the full software development cycle, including shipping software products. 3) In-depth experience and knowledge in Java/J2EE and OOD. C/C++ background a plus. 4) Experience in a combination of the following: SOA; XML; XACML; 5) Experience with design and development of Enterprise Applications with the J2EE Platform. 6) Working knowledge of two or more J2EE application servers. 7) Experience with Java Security Standards (JACC, WS Security, Java 2 Security Model). 8) Familiar with data modeling, data access and data binding technologies. 9) Experience with two or more relational databases including Oracle. 10) Experience with XACML standard a plus. 11) Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. 12) A PASSION to build and deliver world-class products in a fast-paced environment.
