•Lead high performing build engineers & technical operations team.

•Define and Drive build automation initiative as well as determine requirements for build deployment tools and monitoring.

•Drive improvement in processes, manageability, availability and cost efficiency with a strong ability to anticipate future demands.

•Accountable for delivering pre-production and production environments for new or existing service enhancements.

•Develop and execute the Service Release Plan by working closely with Service Release Manager, Service Build Engineers, Systems Administrators and Engineering.

•Continuously review and recommend infrastructure solutions that improve scalability, availability, and performance in a cost efficient manner.

•Drive new technology solutions with evaluation, design, development, integration, and certification, and take part in buy versus build decisions.

•Strong documentation skills in documenting processes, procedures, and tools descriptions.

•Should have at least 3+ years of experience leading a technical team, 5+ years experience supporting Windows Server 2003/2008, SQL Server 2000-2005, or Internet Information Server (IIS5-7), in a large scale 24x7 operations/production web-service environment

•Strong ITIL knowledge & experience

•In-depth experience working with Windows, SQL, IIS, SAN and infrastructure environments.

•Experience in managing pre-production/production systems and applications built on Windows servers and advanced knowledge of SQL systems, Web technologies, Active Directory, TCP/IP protocols, system performance and IIS.

•Working knowledge of System Center Operations Manager, transactional monitoring, process and task automation, testing processes, build process, configuration management, release management, and server deployments is a definite plus

•Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.

•Ability to present strategy and complex ideas effectively to leadership teams.
