Job Description :: Analysis and Design
Gather Requirement(s) & analysis of the same ::
Prepare design documents and program specification
Participate in design reviews
Resolve design issues
Interact with customers and users as required to perform the tasks.
Development ::
Execute module as per the process set for the project
Develop test case design and test checklists
Conduct integration/system/ performance & other kinds of tests, Conduct code reviews
Maintain quality process standards
Interact with Quality department members
Code / Test complex areas of the application.
Authorize design changes after consultations with PM
People Management ::
Co-ordinate with the group and allocate tasks to group members
Motivate team members and provide direction and guidance
Provide technical assistance to team members
Coordinates & Liaison with external & internal teams.
Desired Profile Strong technical knowledge and hands-on in Microsoft technologies .NET 4.0, C#, WCF, WPF, MVVM, Prism, EF.
Strong understanding of .NET client/server, .NET web and object oriented analysis & design
Knowledge in architecture patterns like MVP, MVC, MVVM etc
Experience in module design/frameworks/ code review
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling a team of 5-6 developers.
