1. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, etc.
2. Creating and maintaining reports in Excel that allows the Bank to get information on daily business activities.
3. Preparation of monthly TAX Calculations.
4. Collate, analyze and present required MIS Reports.
5. Salary processing, TAX projections.
6.Organizing for trainings, induction.
7. Working on recruitment targets through closing positions within cycle time.
8. Would be able to work on job portals,Consultants.
