Finacle E Banking Support Professionals

Experience: 3+ Yrs

Job Description:

Ø  Experience Minimum 3 years in Finacle Net banking support (Electronic Banking not Core Banking).

Ø  He should be working for UAE Location.

Ø  General Shifts only.

Ø  Handling the role of a 1st level and 2nd level support for all banking applications by doing preliminary analysis of issue.

Ø  Co-ordination with different business units & our vendors for upcoming enhancement in projects.

Ø  Co-ordinate with vendors for getting the application requirements delivered on time

Ø  Documentation of process.

Ø  Provide data as and when required by business.

Ø  Timely release of system after EOD / BOD to the users.

Ø  Technical Skills desired from the candidate good knowledge of SQL or PLSQL or Oracle Query Writing,

Ø  Good knowledge of UNIX.
