Software development experience .

MANDATORY

Minimum 3 year or more of hands-on experience in- Design and Development

- Advanced Java, JSF, Hibernate
- JMS
- Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL or MS SQL).
Strong knowledge of Linux OS and shell scripting.
Tools/Framework - Eclipse Framework
Knowledge of CRM / telecom domain (preferred and good to have):
o Exposure to Avaya products (inbound and outbound, e.g. Voice Portal, Predictive Dialer, Dialog designer/Orchestration Designer)
o Avaya PBX
o IP Telephony and respective protocols(H323, VOIP, SIP)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills.


DESIRED SKILL:

1.Telecom domain experience will be advantage.
2. Good aptitude/debugging skills
3. Good Team Player
4. Preferable some telecom background.
5.Good written and verbal communication skills (including ability to listen
