Job Description
.Net Lead
1. Write clean, consistent, well-documented code following established styles.
2. Work from functional and technical specifications.
3. Develop Object Oriented code utilizing industry accepted coding standards and in-house established coding conventions.
4. Manage personal project deadlines and provide communication on the project status.
5. Represent the company in professional and positive manner.
6. Participate appropriately in team meetings.
7. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
.Net Project Manager
1. The candidate should have excellent working knowledge of .Net at all levels.
2. Senior level developer /Management Role
3. Lead and guide the team of 10-15 Developers
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Sound knowledge of the C#.NET, MS Win Forms Development, SQL Server and Object Oriented methodologies.
2. Working Knowledge of WCF, Web Services, IIS and MS Web Forms Development will be added advantage.
3. Strong MS Platform knowledge and full lifecycle experience with large and small scale, scalable applications and Ability to apply Microsoft knowledge to real-world business problems.
4. Proven experience in developing modules using Object Oriented Design, using methods and functions.
5. Multi-tier application architecture and development experience.
6. Experience in unit testing code as well as solving and rectifying bugs in code.
7. The ability to write clean, consistent, well-documented code following established styles.
8. Strong Analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
9. Strong Desire / Work Ethic - show a strong desire for excellence in their work and career.
10. Mentorship skills working with junior developers.
11. Strong team environment background as well as verbal and written skills are necessary.
12. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
13. Ability to work with minimal direction is desired.
14. Ability to author technical documentation and provide deployment support.
15. Proven ability to translate between business requirements and technical implementation.
16. Working from functional and technical specifications, develop Object Oriented code utilizing industry accepted coding standards and in-house established coding conventions.
17. Manage personal project deadlines; provide communication on the project status.
18. Knowledge of networking, networking equipment, data centers, internet security and video conferencing would be an asset.
19. PMP Certification is an added benefit
