Handled project team sizes of 15+, including supervision of onsite employees when onsite Managed application development projects Managed engagements in Fixed Price as well as Time & Materials models Hands-on experience with opportunity or proposal lifecycle / Good Estimation skills / Solution definition Operated as single point of contact (onsite) for the client in a large project/program. Project estimation and planning. • Competencies o Strong business communication and presentation skills o Good client relationship building skills - ability to evolve as a “trusted partner” o Good people management skills o Business acumen - ability to identify additional opportunities while at client site o Good team player - ability to balance out client facing pressures with execution related challenges offshore Technologies- JAVA/J2EE & MS.NET |
