Provide support in a 24x7 production environment.

Monitor the production applications.

Comply with SAS70 control requirements.

Identify and implement improvements to the support process.

Perform administration to include installs, upgrades, configuration, tuning, and monitoring of TEOCO and third party products (Citrix, Business Objects, Oracle Client, Apache/Tomcat, etc).

Participate in changes to the systems from a production support perspective; understand the requirements and solutions that will be implemented; determine monitoring that will be needed for the solutions.

Conduct technical activities for user acceptance testing.

Ensure all activities adhere to corporate standards and procedures.

Experience: 2-4 years

Willing to work in night shift.
