Ensuring the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects.

Managing any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.


Performing all other duties as assigned.

Creation and management of build budgets, ensuring project profitability.

Management of documentation cycle during each phase of project.

Mentor and appraise team member.


Should posses powerful interpersonal skills and team leading capabilities.


Sound knowledge of team performance management and should be able to mentor the team - Technically and Intellectually.


Should be able to work with cross functional teams.
Knowledge of basic Italian language is required.

The candidate should have sound knowledge of Microsoft platform including MOSS.

Sound implementation knowledge of software engineering models like Waterfall, Iterative, Agile.



Should be active blogger on technology and problem solutions.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate proven track record in the key skill area like communication, team management, delivery schedule management and ability to manage each phase of software system delivery.

Excellent knowledge of OOPS, RDBMS



Past experience focused with delivery of systems on Microsoft platform is required.



Should be able to act as technical mentor to team member and be able to provide hands on guideline for any technical issues faced during development life cycle of project.



Should be having past experience in system designing and client requirement analysis.



Experience with release management tools, quality assurance management is desired.



Should be able to demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.



Should be able to work on problems of diverse scope
