- Work in shifts for operations and maintenance of J2EE based systems

- Performing regular health checks on systems to identify fault conditions.

- Raising tickets based on calls/emails/health check in ticketing tool

within SLA.

- First time resolution and responding to tickets as per available

knowledgebase.

- Basic troubleshooting to identify issue cause in J2EE environment.

- Implementing changes as per provided procedure.
