Execute the project as per the project plan & guide lines set by PM
Update the status of assigned tasks to PM on weekly basis
Identify process flow gaps during project initiation phase
Provide user training & assist the users during master configuration
Help the users during UAT & Dry Run
Capture the issues faced by customer & maintain issue tracker
Build good rapport with the end users
Co-ordinate with offshore support team for issue resolutions if any
Publish weekly and monthly project status reports
Provide post go live support to end users
Test the patches in testing setup before handing it over to customer.
Qualification:
Graduation/MBA/MHA/MCA/BE/B Tech with 4-5 years of experience
1-2 years experience in implementing any ERP solution
Working experience in HealthCare domain is must
Medical professionals with BAMS/BHMS/BDM & couple of years experience in software industry can also apply.
Location -Hyderabad.
